Undead Pirates from Hell part 1

Late at night, you get an urgent call, saying at a nearby morgue, some fanatic followers of the now-dead Plundering Pirates, who have died in the War, have created a serum which revives the corpses. The followers have went to all the cemeteries where the pirates have been buried, and revived them. At the morgue, where some still lay, the dead pirates are beginning to rise...
